Hello, I found on reddit a link to the 300 page doc but it says updated for 2018. Just wondering if there are any newer versions of it or if the mcat chagned at all since then. thanks! The psych content is the same. All that’s “changing” is the modern psych mcat is less content regurgitating and more critical thinking/application.

Used khan academy 300page doc and made anki cards (did a little each week over 6 months), before my exam used premed95’s deck as a quick review. Now that I took the mcat I feel that I would’ve been good with just using 100pg + anki. It really depends on much detail you need to understand certain terms, maybe only use 300pg as reference …

I mostly just used the premed95 deck and watched KA videos for stuff that seemed totally foreign/confusing to me. IMO, the 86 page doc isn't enough if you want to score as close to 132 as possible - there's small pieces of information on the 300 pg doc that are actually pretty important. You do not need to complete the entire deck to score a 132 on the P/S section, and you are also unlikely to score a 132 if you use the deck alone without practicing any questions.
